Over six weeks, we’ll meet once a week for a live group Kriya practice, open discussion, and guided reflection. You’ll receive journaling prompts and a daily log to track your inner and outer shifts. Each day of practice becomes a mirror — showing you your patterns, habits, and thought loops, while helping you build clarity, consistency, and calm.

As the days unfold, you’ll begin to notice subtle transformations: increased focus, emotional steadiness, greater self-awareness, and the ability to pause and respond rather than react. Join Danielle LIVE on select Sundays (dates below) for a rejuvenating meditation class designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. Each session may feature a specific topic to inspire and deepen your practice, or it might focus on a spontaneous theme. You'll learn about and incorporate mudras—symbolic hand gestures—and mantras, depending on the week, to enhance your connection to the practice. Sound bowls and/or a gong will be sung at every practice.

Each week brings a unique practice designed to meet the energy of the room and the season. Sometimes we’ll slow down with Yin Yoga, holding postures longer to open deeply and restore balance. Other nights we might flow through Vinyasa, linking breath with movement for strength and fluidity. At times, we’ll explore Kundalini practices, awakening inner energy through dynamic movement, mantra, and breathwork. You may also experience pranayama and meditation, weaving stillness into the practice to calm the mind and expand awareness.

Every class is a blend—an intuitive mix of asana, breath, and meditation—crafted to meet you exactly where you are that night.
