Join Danielle LIVE on select Sundays (dates below) for a rejuvenating meditation class designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. Each session may feature a specific topic to inspire and deepen your practice, or it might focus on a spontaneous theme. You'll learn about and incorporate mudras—symbolic hand gestures—and mantras, depending on the week, to enhance your connection to the practice. Sound bowls and/or a gong will be sung at every practice.
