What is Coaching?

According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

In other words, coaching is guiding clients through uncovering blockages by creating new perspectives in order to reach different heights that were previously hidden in the subconscious mind. This benefits the client by activating their highest potential in life.

Accountability

According to an American Society of Training & Development study found that individuals have the following probabilities of completing a goal by taking these actions:

  • Having an idea or goal: 10% likely to complete the goal

  • Consciously deciding that you will do it: 25%

  • Deciding when you will do it: 40%

  • Planning how to do it: 50%

  • Committing to someone that you will do it: 65%

  • Having a specific accountability appointment with someone you’ve committed to: 95%

Grounding

Grounding releases negative energy and allows us to flow in a state of effortlessness as we dive deep within ourselves to feel a sense of security and clam. This is achieved in many different facets. For example: grounding/earthing is done by walking barefoot on the earth outside bringing awareness to each step; however, in our sessions grounding will be conducted by a grounding meditation by bringing awareness to the breath by refocusing the mind to relax the body.

Mindset

Mindset determines the output of the input. What we think we become, so be open and truthful about what it is that we can do in every moment to begin the change we want to see within ourselves. Breaking free of our outdated mindset will align us with our highest potential and in ways we have yet to imagine. Stepping out of our comfort zone and allowing our minds as well as your being to be someone it has never been before is the key to transform our current lives into our future reality of our uppermost power..
