What is Mind + Body?

Mind + Body is the collective term for the different holistic modalities that allow us to activate healing through our consciousness connecting the breath to the body in yoga. connecting the mind + body to stillness in meditation, and activating our healing powers with sound healing.

Incorporating these practices into our daily lives brings a shift in our consciousness and illuminates our energy, so that we may let go of expectations and learn to be ok with where we are at this moment in our journey along with unlearning to relearn with gratitude and grace. Meditation

What is it?

Meditation is a place of stillness where one sits focusing on one task at a time whether it be a mantra or breath allowing the mind to observe the surroundings.

Sound Healing

What is it?

Sound is created through vibration and frequency that is produced when striking an instrument. Once stricken, the vibrations/frequencies activate healing within the body by syncing with the crystalline structure (bone) harmonizing the body with sound simultaneously.

Yoga

What is it?

Yoga is more than just a workout. Through yoga we connect the mind + body through breath + movement allowing ourselves to expand mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Meditation/Yoga Classes

  • Monthly Unlimited

    Monthly Unlimited allows you access to all meditation and yoga classes provided ranging from vinyasa to yin to yoga nidra to traditional mediation. Each class is recorded and found in your member portal, so that you may practice as many times as you need.

  • Exclusive Yoga Experience

    In this hour (60 minutes), we will dive deeper into your practice while you experience your own exclusive flow created with you in mind. Each exclusive experience is recorded and sent to your email, so that you may practice as many times as you need.

  • Exclusive Meditation/Sound Healing/Yoga Experience

    In this 75 minute exclusive experience, you will experience your own flow (yoga) with added meditation and sound healing to your journey. Each exclusive experience is recorded and sent to your email, so that you may practice as many times as you need.

 FAQs

  • If you are new to yoga morning yin would be a great place to start, but you are welcome to attend other classes: however, learning to be mindful of your body and where you are now is a part of the yogi practice no matter what “level” you are on in your journey.

    Remember to always consult with your physician prior to any new activity as well as letting the teacher know of your concerns.

  • It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes that allow your body to move freely. Yoga is also practiced barefoot, so keep this in mind.

  • Each class may use different props: however, it is recommended to have a mat, two (2) blocks (preferably cork for sturdier support), yogi strap, bolster, and blanket.

    If none of these props are available to you show up anyway there is always a way to make your practice yours!

  • We ask that you come well hydrated as well as avoiding dense meals two hours prior to class. Light snacks are suitable prior to class are fruits, nuts, and/or veggies.
