The Creation of thedragonG.E.M.
It all began as a simple thought. While sitting in meditation, this brought clarity to the name. There are multiple aspects to each piece of the whole. “The dragon” is known for will power and strength. To endure both of these qualities one must have the mindset to go after what one wants. “The dragon” also takes place of the serpent in kundalini. In kundalini, the serpent or in this case “the dragon” is a symbol of the rising energy from the root chakra all the way up to the crown chakra and beyond. As for the “G.E.M.” in Buddhist tradition being a part of the Triple Gem which consists of the Buddha (Light), the Dharma (the law), and the Sangha (community). Bringing them together makes for a strong bond. The acronym that “G.E.M.” represents is
Ground. Exist.Master. In order to attain enlightenment as our ancestors and the Buddha once acknowledged within himself is to “ground” ourselves, to be present in the moment and to “exist.” Once we “master” ourselves then and only then will we be truly able to help serve the community around us.
With this understanding, coaching helps us uncover our blockages as we realize with the right mindset that we are capable of much more than we perceive ourselves to be and with the right focus and mindset we are able to propel ourselves forward. Meditation creates a space within ourselves to just be with what is including the flow with the wonders of the universe. Incorporating sound healing as a way to open up the blockages to allow the body to begin the healing through frequency. Yoga allows us to physically connect with the mind through the body by creating space along with uncovering where we hold all of the tension and past traumas that need to be released. We are our own masters. Through the tools that thedragonG.E.M. offers you will learn to unlock your highest potential allowing yourself to be as you are with coaching, meditation, sound healing, and yoga combined. What a better way to empower yourself through healing and the most magical part is that it is already within you!!
My Approach

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
Build it
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
