As everyone arrives, we take time to settle, ground, and gently connect with ourselves and one another. This first gathering marks the beginning of our six-part journey together and the opening of the 40-day Kundalini Kriya practice.

These weekly Saturday gatherings (March 21, March 28, April 4, April 11, and April 18) offer space for reflection, integration, and deepening awareness. Together, we pause to consider goals, hopes, and inner shifts as they unfold through consistent practice.

This is an opportunity to reconnect with what brought you here — your questions, intentions, and turning points — and to notice how they evolve over time. Each meeting supports embodied awareness, shared insight, and continued alignment with the journey ahead.

This is a time to acknowledge personal growth, energetic shifts, and the connections formed along the way — closing the journey with presence, gratitude, and grounded awareness rooted in the Kundalini Kriya practice.
